Mr Base White 1000 - 40ml

This is a base paint to use when you want to turn a dark base colour such as black or red into white. The newly developed special paint strongly conceals the base colour, gives a fine finish, and helps the top coat colour to develop. It also has a surfacer effect, so it can handle minor scratches.
