Shipping & Handling
Since we are a starting small business (be gentle!), we currently only ship with Royal Mail at the moment. However, we will definitely explore faster courier methods in the future.
Your item/s will be dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving your order. If you order on a Friday or Saturday, your order will be dispatched on the following Monday. Your shipping price will be determined by your order quantity and calculated at check out. Please note that the price you pay for shipping include fees for shipping, handling, inspecting, carefully packing and dropping off your order at the Post Office.
Our shipping prices are based on the order total amount:
£0.00–£10.99 2 to 4 business days £3.50 GBP
£11.00–£39.99 2 to 4 business days £5.00 GBP
£40.00–£74.99 2 to 4 business days £6.50 GBP
£75.00 and up 2 to 4 business days Free
Returns
We understand that sometimes customers may change there mind and need to return an items so we accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. You agree that you are responsible for the item during this time and agree to not tamper, unbox, damage or take out any contents from/of the product. Failure to do so can affect your right to return the item.
To start a return, simply email us at info@rivalscorner.co.uk with the subect line 'RC_RETURNS [Followed by your order no.]'.
Example: 'RC_RETURNS #1001'

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a shipping label however the original shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund price. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Understandably while this may not be ideal for some customers, please bear in mind that we are also operating a micro business with limited funds! This wouldn't work out very well for us financially if we were to provide the shipping return cost on unwanted items.
Damaged Goods
At every order, we will inspect each product thoroughly for damage before packing and will secure it as best as possible so it can arrive to your door in new condition 🙂. Understandably, if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item along with a detailed description of the damage along with a photo/s.
To start a damaged goods return, simply email us at info@rivalscorner.co.uk with the subect line 'RC_DAMAGED [Followed by your order no.]'.
Example: 'RC_DAMAGED #1001'
Our return team will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return and either send a replacement item** or issue a refund once we receive the item. Please note further accidental physical damage caused by the customer and damages due to improper use will not qualify and not be accepted.
