Shipping & Handling

We currently ship all our orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and optionally include a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service should you want you parcel faster.

It generally takes 2 days for items to be delivered once your order has been dispatched, however please allow up 4 days as sometimes there may be disruptions in the service, which may delay the delivery time. For express service, your parcels should reach you within 1-2 days from dispatch.

We always try and pack your item/s on the same day your order is received and also try to dispatch it on the same day if possible, otherwise we dispatch all orders the following day. If you place an order on a Friday, your item/s will be dispatched on the Saturday. Please note however for Saturday orders, if you place an order before 9am we can try our best to dispatch your parcel that same day, otherwise your parcel won't be dispatched until Monday. This is due to Post Office collection times during weekdays, which are 5pm and 11:45am on Saturday. Placing your order close to these times cannot guarantee same day dispatch, in which case we will dispatch your items the next available day.

There is also no Royal Mail service on Sundays, so please allow an extra day for your parcel to arrive including express service should you place your order on Friday / Saturday.

 

Your shipping price will be determined by your order quantity and calculated at check out. Please note that the price you pay for shipping includes fees for inspecting, packing, handling, dropping off your order at the Post Office and shipping.

£0.00–£10.99 1 to 3 business days - £4.50 GBP
£11.00–£39.99 1 to 3 business days - £6.50 GBP
£40.00–£84.99 1 to 3 business days - £7.00 GBP
£85.00 and up 1 to 3 business days - £8.50 GBP

Returns

We understand that sometimes customers may change there mind and need to return an items so we accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. You agree that you are responsible for the item during this time and agree to not tamper, unbox, damage or take out any contents from/of the product. Failure to do so can affect your right to return the item.

To start a return, simply email us at info@rivalscorner.co.uk with the subect line 'RC_RETURNS [Followed by your order no.]'.

Example: 'RC_RETURNS #1001'

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a shipping label however the original shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund price. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Understandably while this may not be ideal for some customers, please bear in mind that we are also operating a micro business with limited funds! This wouldn't work out very well for us financially if we were to provide the shipping return cost on unwanted items.

Damaged Goods

At every order, we will inspect each product thoroughly for damage before packing and will secure it as best as possible so it can arrive to your door in new condition 🙂. Understandably, if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item along with a detailed description of the damage along with a photo/s.

To start a damaged goods return, simply email us at info@rivalscorner.co.uk with the subect line 'RC_DAMAGED [Followed by your order no.]'.

Example: 'RC_DAMAGED #1001'

Our return team will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return and either send a replacement item** or issue a refund once we receive the item. Please note further accidental physical damage caused by the customer and damages due to improper use will not qualify and not be accepted.
