The Gundam Leopard is officially joining the HG Gunpla lineup, marking a new release tied to the 30th anniversary of After War Gundam X in 2026.
It features opening and closing missile hatches across the body, letting builders display the Gundam Leopard in its fully armed state.
The Gundam Leopard was one of the first Gundam-type mobile suits produced by the United Nations Earth Forces and was designed around heavy firepower. When piloted by a Newtype, it could also use the Flash System to control the FT-9600 GT-Bits, further increasing its combat capability.
Its weapons include a right-shoulder missile rack, right forearm grenade launchers, a beam knife stored in the right leg, large leg-mounted missiles, chest Gatling guns, head vulcans, head cannons, and its main weapon, the inner arm Gatling mounted on the backpack. Optional equipment includes a left-leg missile pod, while the aquatic configuration replaces the Gatling with an inner arm torpedo launcher.
Unlike other United Nations Earth Gundams, the Leopard cannot fly. Instead, it uses rollers in its feet for high-speed ground movement and can be equipped with Snow Dashers for cold climates or an S-1 Unit for underwater operations.
